Geiger will accept inventoried products that are returned as a result of the purchaser misordering only upon payment of a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Geiger will replace free of charge any shipment not delivered, but Geiger reserves the right to request a tracer or inspection by the carrier first. Please ensure that all items are returned in the original packaging and with the Packing Note. Please clearly write on the packing note if you require a refund or exchange. Defective merchandise sent back to Geiger within thirty (30) days after delivery to the purchaser (or, in the case of latent defects, returned to Geiger as soon as reasonably possible after the purchaser becomes aware of the relevant latent defect), will be replaced or reimbursed to the purchaser and, in addition, Geiger shall pay to the purchaser the cost incurred by the purchaser in returning such products.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days to the address you have specified if the item/size you have selected is in stock. Delivery can take up to 2 working days from dispatch (subject to stock).
An on-demand item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse, but is produced on a per-request basis. On-demand items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. On-demand items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.
Please note, when ordering a mixture of stocked & on-demand products your order will be dispatched in separate parcels. Therefore please refer to the individual production time listed within the on-demand product specifications and plan accordingly.
